I am a client of Nurse next Door; my name is David Barnwell I have used their service for 8 months now. I have been made welcome, appreciated, and adopted by each family member of Nurse Next Door who communicate and care for me. I love how extensive my individual care concerns are acted upon whether caring for me paid time or when careers are in their own time. As a diabetic I rely on medication and pen for injections each week. I in conversation communicated that supplier were not able to keep up with Diabetic suffers demands, next moment Belinda was phoning many chemists to see if they had supplies? Eventually a chemist one hour round trip from my location had one in stock. After leaving details Belinda prepared to drive to the chemist and pick up my diabetic pen, Belinda suggested I stay home relax she would return that shift before leaving for her home. Experiences are too many to share of encounters other careers and nurses and staff I have had with. Nurse Next Door are family, are you seeking such like people who care what more can be done to improve quality of life for everyone.

My wife was extremely unwell & we needed daily nursing & personal care for her, so we contacted Nurse Next Door. They have been exceptional. Not sure who recommended Nurse Next Door could have been MCCS who was our package provider at the time. We’ve since changed to Trilogy and I self manage Peters Package. I now have respite for 22 hours per month and we have a wonderful male person who looks after my husband while I sew in 2 groups and the last respite on the third Friday of every month I shop or meet someone for a coffee! This service and the male carer have been amazing so caring with Peter nothing is a bother and it means I can relax and unwind away from my job as a carer.The company have been wonderful organising hours days etc . Trilogy have been excellent as well and I’m not doing anymore than I was doing with the previous provider which was costing me 25% more in Admin costs!! A big Thankyou to everyone concerned .🙏🤗👏🦋💐
