After a while in hospital I returned home and needed assistance doing everything and Agnes and her staff were more than helpful for up to 6hrs a day for the first 2 weeks and continued on decreasing the hours up till now. I am more than grateful for the service I have received and I would recommend Agnes to anyone needing care.

Nurse Next Door replied to my call straight away and within two weeks everything was set up. Without having to explain much, Claudio understood what we needed and why. Our Nurse Next Door carers are well-matched to Dad’s needs. They provide extra support for Mum by just being around and taking on of certain aspects of his care. The carers are warm hearted, patient and experienced. They have a strong emphasis on dignity and respect. This support has provided great reassurance and assistance to our family during this challenging time.

I had been amazed of how my life turned around, simply by the caring routine from all the assigned support workers the last 9 months. I am happy and proud to say my life is still transforming for the better and better!!! Having to go through the pitts and was at rock bottom, suffering from various mental and physical disabilities for years ( firstly undiagnosed) I found life hell to simply put. With the professionalism, caring, understanding of all the staff, from the management and each and every support workers had made tremendous progress and contributed positively into my life each and every encounter. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Graham, Tesring, Rodney, Tula, Robin, Christine...Thank you Thank you. And of couse thank you to Ross, the head that making it all possible.

After contacting many providers NND Canberra were the only one that were willing to provide the service and were still using the NDIS for nursing support. I was requiring a nurse to perform, support and trouble shoot a procedure for my son who has a disability in his home. The service was set up with ease. I have also found the communication between the agency and my son, and I has been excellent. My son is very happy with the support he is getting with the nurses (who have all been the same people) and we always receive the roster in advance. The nurses are trained well in the procedure and have always been respectful to my son. Very happy with NND Canberra.

I couldn’t be more thankful for the assistance the Nurse Next Door team has provided for my parents. They have truly gone above and beyond and have done an amazing job caring for my parents in my absence. They are all friendly and approachable. They have also assisted my mother with day to day activities such as grocery shopping and organising appointments. They truly feel like part of the family.

It should be 10 stars not five. The nurses are so kind and helpful to my husband Peter who was looking after me for 4 years. He could not go past this company Nurse Next Door, these nurses that come to the house are are incredible, caring people. You could not choose any better caring company of nurses.
