Incredible care for my totally incapacitated Husband. Everyone is so polite and respectful to him which is not easy as he is difficult. Nothing is too much trouble from Agnes and colleagues.

They have shown great patience while we adjusted to accepting the need for support, always respecting the pace at which support was accepted and encouraging independence. I do not have photos or videos to post, but I can say without fear of contradiction that Nurse Next Door , Joondalup, is an excellent care agency. I moved to WA from Queensland in around July this year and have found the agency to go above and beyond in helping me with the confusion of moving to WA which has many procedures different to Queensland. Without the help of staff I would have been completely lost in the maze of differences I have encountered, but staff knowing the difficulty of settling into a new state have been wonderful. I would also like to say, that as an elderly person with a terminal illness, their care has been outstanding. I could not have wished for better. There were some small issues in the early stages getting to know a new care agency and settling into a new state, but these were sorted with care and patience, for which I am very grateful. It was very helpful to access to a local provider for a timely assessment and report required for NDIS review. It was a much faster and more affordable option (didn’t have to pay for someone to travel interstate) than we have previously experienced.

we are very happy to be able to share one day a week with the beautiful Sally my mum is moving home and Sally has helped mum pack boxes, clean cupboards move things from one place to another mum took a lot of persuasion to except help and now she wishes she had done it sooner, Sally in the very short time has become a great friend to mum and she cant wait for her weekly visit ...THANK YOU SALLY & NURSE NEXT DOOR
