I recently had the sad experience of visiting a friend who was receiving end of life care from "Nurse Next Door" in Woolgoolga. Agnes and her team of amazing carers went way beyond what I myself could ever provide someone in this situation. The care and patience given to my friend was something I will never forget. We came upon Nurse Next Door quite by accident .We needed a nurse for a few weeks whilst our girl was on leave & we were getting desperate to find someone .I saw their car with advertising & rang .Zieta was very professional , and quick to respond & we had a nurse very quickly . Our nurse was very professional , all treatment was correct & no problems at all . She was on time each time & keen to help us .Cant thank them enough . This is a great service for our community . Nurse next door have been visiting Matt for some time now. They are always on time and always communicate when there will be a change in rostered staff for any shift. They staff are also very caring and very good at building a relationship with Matt, entering his world and making him comfortable. I would highly recommend their support, especially for those with more complex care needs.

We have used Nurse Next Door for our wound care needs. We are currently having a great experience. They have expectional bedside manner, very respectful, caring and understanding to both my elderly father and us (family/ carers). Great communication both with client and staff. Unlike other service providers and medical professionals they explain things in a way dad can understand without superiority or industry terms. Shalini, Imrana and team go over and above. Nurse Next Door have made it so much easier for me coping and coming to terms with an SPC and also providing me with excellent guidance on how to care and maintain my SPC when I am home alone. The Care Designer RN made me recognise that I do need to use a walker especially when I am walking longer distances and places I am not familiar with. They have made me comes to terms with it and have given me incentive and empowered me to start walking again using a walker because I love going for my walks. Thank you Nurse Next Door for being there for me. I wouldn't have been able to achieve my independence like I have without your help P.S And they always make me have a good laugh!
