Jodie has been very responsive and prompt with her email communication. She has also done an excellent job arranging for nurses to visit the client on time.

Nurse next door have been visiting Matt for some time now. They are always on time and always communicate when there will be a change in rostered staff for any shift. They staff are also very caring and very good at building a relationship with Matt, entering his world and making him comfortable. I would highly recommend their support, especially for those with more complex care needs.
