Gracely She is very diligent and inspiring support worker who approaches her duties by fully considering the needs of the client. She always considers that the safety of the client is paramount. She helps me to understand the new technology that impacts on my daily life. This technology can take many different forms. For example, this could involve travelling to activities outside my residence and in the wider community.

Nurse next door supports my husband with Alzhiemers, from first day I met the management team Michelle and Teacey, I have only found this organisation to be absolutely amazing. All the staff in the office couldn't be any more supportive, understanding, polite and completely professional The staff who come into my home are so professional, friendly, helpful and just amazing. Everyone of them not only support my husband but also myself. All staff are totally accommodating to my hisbands needs and undertake every task in such ease and completely professional. No matter what I have asked around my husbands support they all have been completely accommodating with no fuss just happy to help. I could not recommend nurse next door highly enough. I first had the pleasure to come in contact with the Nurse Next Door Werribee branch through my Motor Neurone Disease provider Lauryn Matheson following a stay in hospital with pneumonia and sepsis. I had the pleasure to meet with Shalini and Eugene in my home in June, whilst still in hospital at home care . My first impression of Shalini and Eugene was of the upmost respect , without a doubt I found Shalini Eugene of the highest professionalism, kindness , reliable and trustworthy and compassionate about their profession. Both Shalini and Eugene have taken me to many hospital appointments Scans and reviews to the thoracic team of doctors , including Northern health MND appointments. I have also had the pleasure to meet Lily who cleans my house fortunately as well as taken me to appointments. . A very lovely caring and respectful young lady .
