I am enormously grateful for the ongoing support which Nurse Next Door in Ballarat provides for my elderly mother. Their staff are consistently gracious, attentive and caring. Their services are professional and very competently delivered both in their home care and in their administrative arrangements. And their genuine dedication to my mother's well-being is superb.

The management team and the nurses are showing genuine care for their clients. Most of all, they will try to find a perfect match between the nurses and the clients so a good and meaningful relationship can be developed and enjoyed by both sides.

I first had the pleasure to come in contact with the Nurse Next Door Werribee branch through my Motor Neurone Disease provider Lauryn Matheson following a stay in hospital with pneumonia and sepsis. I had the pleasure to meet with Shalini and Eugene in my home in June, whilst still in hospital at home care . My first impression of Shalini and Eugene was of the upmost respect , without a doubt I found Shalini Eugene of the highest professionalism, kindness , reliable and trustworthy and compassionate about their profession. Both Shalini and Eugene have taken me to many hospital appointments Scans and reviews to the thoracic team of doctors , including Northern health MND appointments. I have also had the pleasure to meet Lily who cleans my house fortunately as well as taken me to appointments. . A very lovely caring and respectful young lady . I am feeling grateful and blessed to have the Nurse Next Door in my Life . Thank you .

Nurse Next Door Wagga Wagga are a wonderful company. They are both professional and compassionate. No matter what kind of mood i am in when they arrive I am always in a good mood when they leave because we are always laughing a lot while they are here. And as an added bonus I love pink!

Steph and the team are brilliant. They ensure there is frequent and open communication regarding their visits and any changes they notice. They cater to all of our family's needs and tailor the care and the staff to suit what would be best for the client. Steph goes over and above with the information that she provides for us and the entire team absolutely have the client's best interests at heart!
