I have been using the services of Nurse Next Door for my mother for over 2 years now. Mum's weekly carers are so professional and friendly and very bright company for Mum. NND are always flexible and responsive and it puts my mind at ease knowing that Mum's care is top notch and that she is happy in their company. Mum made a decision to stay at home and not move to retirement care. Nurse Next Door has allowed Mum's wishes to be a reality, supporting not only Mum, but we as Mum's family also. We are so grateful for this wonderful service. My Dad recently broke his leg and was unable to weight bare. Nurse Next Door Macarthur helped us out with very short notice. They came every morning for a month and helped my Dad shower, gave medication and sorted out everything around his home for the day. The staff were all wonderful, however, a special mention to Daphne who went out of her way to check in and visit regularly to ensure everything was going well and to my Dads most frequent Carer, Jasmine. At 79 years old and a quiet man, Jasmine made my Dad feel very comfortable and secure. This wonderful service allowed me to keep working during my Dads convalescence but more importantly helped my Dad feel happy each day so he could get on with his recovery. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. I would thoroughly recommend Nurse Next Door Macarthur.

When my Dad first received his aged care package, I was overwhelmed with confusion of which service provider to go with in Hervey Bay. We had a chance meeting with Jared from NND while out having coffee one morning and Dad, Mum and myself knew straight away that it was the right service for Dad. Mum now has an aged care package and is also with NND. Jared is the most delightful human and the team he works with are absolutely wonderful. As l have always been the helper, it is hard for me to ask for help when the tables have turned ! But the Nurse Next Door team have been wonderful (l haven't met a bad one yet).
