We are so grateful for this wonderful service. My Dad recently broke his leg and was unable to weight bare. Nurse Next Door Macarthur helped us out with very short notice. They came every morning for a month and helped my Dad shower, gave medication and sorted out everything around his home for the day. The staff were all wonderful, however, a special mention to Daphne who went out of her way to check in and visit regularly to ensure everything was going well and to my Dads most frequent Carer, Jasmine. At 79 years old and a quiet man, Jasmine made my Dad feel very comfortable and secure. This wonderful service allowed me to keep working during my Dads convalescence but more importantly helped my Dad feel happy each day so he could get on with his recovery. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. I would thoroughly recommend Nurse Next Door Macarthur.

The nursing care is excellent, with kind and friendly nurses who are skilled and professional. Communication with Nurse Next Door is easy and they are very responsive.

The team at Nurse Next Door are fantastic. Smita consistently finds way to engage my seriously ill mother and always manages to get a smile out of her. Caring is not just a branding term, the staff genuinely care. Smita and Saral have assisted me monitoring the various health problems and providing me with advice and recommendations to ensure that both my mother and myself, as a carer, are comfortable and informed. I am beyond grateful for all the assistance they continue to provide for us.

“Nurse Next Door” the name says it all, I was amazed by the efficiency and prompt service of their clinical nurse who administered one of my elderly clients' pressure sore within 24 hours of a phone call. She was not only dedicated to her work, but also kind at heart and empathetic. The nurse provided additional care and attention by taking time to purchase medicated bandage upon assessment of the pressure sore. The nurse also patiently directed their family members to wound dress their mother themselves. I would highly recommend any health care service providers to use “Nurse Next Door” for effective treatment and patient satisfaction.

Nurse Eli changes mums catheter and supports us with mums spc. She is great, highly recommended her. We are very comfortable as she has a beautiful nature
