Do you provide transport?
Yes. Our caregivers can drive you in their own insured vehicle, or they can drive your vehicle if you prefer. We can also assist you in using public transport or taxis if that is your goal.
Is this just a taxi service?
No, it is much more. A taxi driver drops you at the kerb. Our caregivers assist you from your front door, help you into the car, stay with you during the activity (if you wish), assist with mobility or bathroom breaks, and ensure you are settled safely back at home afterwards.
Can I go to evening events?
Absolutely. Our services are available 24/7. If you want to attend a wedding, a concert, or a family dinner in the evening, we can arrange support to get you there and back safely.
Will the caregiver stay with me?
That is entirely up to you. Some clients prefer their caregiver to stay by their side for support and conversation. Others prefer the caregiver to drop them off and return at a set time for pick up. We adapt to your preference.
