Nurse next door have been visiting Matt for some time now. They are always on time and always communicate when there will be a change in rostered staff for any shift. They staff are also very caring and very good at building a relationship with Matt, entering his world and making him comfortable. I would highly recommend their support, especially for those with more complex care needs.

Coming home from hospital after surgery I didn't want help. I wanted to be independent and do things for myself but I very quickly realized that I did need help and couldn't always keep asking family due to their own commitments. I was told about Nurse Next Door and they came to see me. We had a chat about my needs and goals and what I would like to do out and about the community. Nurse Next Door have been a wonderful addition and I've never looked back. They are always polite and helpful and never make me feel I cant do it - or just do it for me. I wanted to retain my independence but I've also gained friends. All the support workers are absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We came upon Nurse Next Door quite by accident .We needed a nurse for a few weeks whilst our girl was on leave & we were getting desperate to find someone .I saw their car with advertising & rang .Zieta was very professional , and quick to respond & we had a nurse very quickly . We were delighted with the service Michael arranged, and Momoko carried out, caring for my elderly uncle on a holiday trip by plane away from his nursing home. Momoko was wonderful, and my uncle thinks he has a new girlfirend! She carried out all the "hard" caring roles that I and my family are unable and unqualified to do, as well as becoming a good friend to him, and being able to get through his chronic deafness. He doesn't like showers, but Momo was able to gently persuade him to have one and enjoy it. She also dealt well with a difficult situation when the booked wheelchair taxi did not arrive at the airport to collect them when it shoud. Would highly recommend this service.
