When my mother was rendered incapable after some mini-strokes, and before she could be moved into full-time care, we used the services of Nurse Next Door to provide 24 hour nursing at home. We were delighted with both the quality of care they provided, and in their organisation and administration. They claim to provide "peace of mind" and in my experience they did exactly that. I can whole-heartedly recommend them.

The best thing about Nurse Next Door is Danielle. Danielle is an incredible organiser and matches the right staff to clients. Even in the most challenging situations, she manages to find solutions that work. A huge amount of stress has been removed from my life since we engaged Nurse Next Door to organise staff to visit, support and take our mother (who lives in an aged care home) to places she used to do when she lived in her own home. This includes going to cafes, shopping, attending appointments etc … and making her feel special and valuable.

I have been with Nurse next door Mackay since returning home to Sarina a few months ago. Carers, Nurses and Administrators have been friendly and helpful while getting used to being in a wheelchair after my motorbike accident. I would recommend this business for its care and compassion for the client.
