I had a nurse from Nurse Next Door stay with me overnight while I did a prep for a procedures the next day. She prepared the medications, monitored my Blood sugar levels and blood pressure, and checked that I was safe all night. It was very comforting and made me feel that I would get through ii, and took away the anxiety. I was better with the nurse than I would have been hospital. I highly recommend this service

NND Macarthur’s team is one that shows care and understanding. They’ve been my dad’s consistent support team for over 2 years and ensure that my dad is well looked after - from attending medical apps to going shopping to household chores, they make me feel confident when one of their team members is with dad. They’ve also go above and beyond when introducing new people into the support team, check in for feedback and treat dad more like family than a client.

We were so thankful to find Nurse Next Door when our Mum needed assistance to remain living at home independently, she was treated with respect and kindness by Nurse Next Doors professional carers. After moving to residential care and having major surgery Nurse Next Door was an absolute saviour in Mums post operative care. Gracely She is very diligent and inspiring support worker who approaches her duties by fully considering the needs of the client. She always considers that the safety of the client is paramount. She helps me to understand the new technology that impacts on my daily life. This technology can take many different forms. For example, this could involve travelling to activities outside my residence and in the wider community.

The level of professionalism, commitment and unwavering support is second too none. NND have changed our lives and for the better, something I never thought a service provider could do. You’d be hard pressed to find any other organisation that actually cares about their clients and their families.
