My dear 43-years-old, NDIS pensioner son, has been a client of Nurse Next Door (NND) in Melbourne CBD since 2021. NND has been a wonderful care agency for him in that time. The different NND Carers he has had in these 3 years have generally been excellent for him — On time, disciplined, hard-working, interested, sensitive, supportive, and friendly. NND managers and administrative staff have also been very efficient, effective and most helpful, supportive and respectful in their interactions with us, particularly in their planning, organising, and clear and frequent communication. I highly recommend NND to other people in Melbourne (and elsewhere in Victoria) who may need excellent welfare care for themselves, or family members or friends, in future !

Steph and the team are brilliant. They ensure there is frequent and open communication regarding their visits and any changes they notice. They cater to all of our family's needs and tailor the care and the staff to suit what would be best for the client. Steph goes over and above with the information that she provides for us and the entire team absolutely have the client's best interests at heart!

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services has been a wonderful inclusion and integral part of my mother's goals to remain independent in her own house while she works through her medical condition.
