I changed to nurse next door as previous provider could not supply the same person or consistent time. Many times no one came. I was expecting that this would be the case for other providers . Not so with Nurse next door Tecoma. We now have a nurse driven service ( not all of them are) able to supply consistent carers at the same time each day. An RN came and did the initial assessment of the home and my friends needs. That did not happen previously, it was done over the phone. Not only that their RN’s have driven quality care, making suggestions that transformed our lives. I am an RN myself and l am so impressed with the service. I should have changed ages ago. I am no longer burnt out, feel totally supported and just want to shout out to the whole world, nurse next door is amazing . Thank you guys you saved me and my friend. So much appreciation going your way!!

From the first day I received assistance from Nurse Next Door Home Care Service, I have had excellent care and support on every occasion. Lillian has been kind, considerate at all times and is extremely competent. My family are delighted with the feedback that I have shared with them and it has given them assurance of the consistency of the standard of care. Cannot recommend Toral and her staff highly enough. Anja, Sandyha and Karma were absolutely amazing in assisting me care for my husband. Jim had Alzheimers and a terminal illness and all of the staff were caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive at a very stressful time. Toral went above and beyond sorting out the issues I was facing with my care provider. Thank you ladies for your support of Jim and myself during such a difficult time.

I’ve been using Nurse Next Door MacArthur for only a short time (3 months) and I could not rate them high enough! They respond quickly to any concerns. The staff/nurses are very pleasant and knowledgeable. When you need them they come running. Highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

Nurse Next Door are amazing & have been unbelievably helpful to me in a wheelchair & my husband who is suffering from cancer. I think Keir & her team really do care & they are definitely making our lives better.

I had a nurse from Nurse Next Door stay with me overnight while I did a prep for a procedures the next day. She prepared the medications, monitored my Blood sugar levels and blood pressure, and checked that I was safe all night. It was very comforting and made me feel that I would get through ii, and took away the anxiety. I was better with the nurse than I would have been hospital. I highly recommend this service

I had some respite so my wife had Nurse Next Door come in for two hours each morning and night to prepare meals and give care. They were excellent. It was great to have that time off knowing that Rosie was being cared for. They were excellent with her.

Most staff very good a couple of older careers seem to go through the motion, but generally much better than the others in this area.
