How can I ever thank your company enough. A last minute trip to Melbourne, Nurse next door came to our rescue and were able to accommodate for our son, at the last minute (my fault). I have never used an agency before for my son A seamless, caring and professional service. Nothing was ever too hard. From the initial phone call, through to the accounts, it was so easy and faultless. Our nurse was so caring and professional, she made my son happy and safe. Thank you!! The team are absolutely amazing. We needed some support in a hurry and the team were able to have a customised support plan and schedule put in place incredibly quickly. Nurse Next Door Home Care Service Truly is the "girl next door". The first time mum hasn't complained about the carer. She comes in and starts and goes about her duties, she never goes into mum saying " what do you want me to do now". She knows what needs to be done and does it. Mum's other favours is not too much chitchat. Just all the pleasant greetings and how are you today. The 3rd main reason. Mum's carer is a trained nurse, she knows how to care and administer all of Mum's medical needs properly. I highly recommend Nurse Next Door Home Care Services. We engaged the services of Nurse Next Door Gold Coast in January this year to assist my elderly mother with her recovery from major surgery. The level of service and care that my elderly mother received from Lauren, Julie and her wonderful team of nurses, was second to none. They were genuinely caring, compassionate and kind and whenever they had any down time, they would busy themselves cleaning Mum's cupboards, vacuuming, mopping....you name it, they did it. It was wonderful for me to be able to go to work, knowing that Mum was in such good hands in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service Nurse Next Door gave us, especially at such a worrying and emotional time when Mum's health took such an unexpected turn for the worst.
