Felicity’s professional career started with a clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse at major Melbourne hospitals like St Vincent’s and The Alfred and homecare in the UK. Although she has since developed leadership and multi-disciplinary skills across various industries, her passion for caring for people is at the heart of our home care business today. Murray adds his own business experience and deep family ties to the area, and together they are committed to providing a WOW Customer Experience for families in our growing community.

Nurse Next Door's services vary in price depending on the level of care required and the Nurse Next Door Care team that services your area. To get a better idea of pricing in your area, speak to one of our Care Services Specialists, we're open any time, 24/7.
We also offer a complimentary Caring Consult, during which one of our Care Designers, who is a Registered Nurse, will help you determine the amount of care you may require. We'll then work with you to balance your budget and needs and find a home care option for you.

Yes, all Nurse Next Door Caregivers are carefully screened with police checks, vulnerable sector checks and reference checks. Prior to hiring we verify our Caregivers' credentials and experience. On an annual basis, we verify that every Nurse is registered and in good standing with The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
While private caregivers also offer personalised care, we go beyond that by matching you with the perfect Caregiver and providing a reliable system you can trust. Our 24/7 live support and activity monitoring system ensures you receive reliable, quality care every visit.
