Nurse Next Door is a fantastic service designed around keeping people in their homes as long as possible, providing nursing care. This has been one of my favourite jobs in my nursing career. Beautiful clients and an amazing team of nurses and carers supporting our clients around Gippsland.

We have only just begun our aged care journey. Just before I stumbled across Nurse Next Door it felt as though I’d been shopping for a used car with care factor 0, no understanding of situation, just number crunching with little human element and endless call backs chasing me for the business with no care felt whatsoever. Kylie was my first contact and she was highly professional, empathetic/understanding and totally accommodating to our situation. She revealed a little of the back story behind the business and what twins, Michelle & Nicole, are doing to provide a service to our local community like they do is noticed and appreciated! The Team at Nurse Next Door are an amazing group of people who have the highest standard of professionalism and work really well on both a team and individual level. Their focus is always on the welfare and wellbeing of their patient/client and extends beyond an attitude that there is never a problem without a solution but extends at all times to be one of trust, friendship and compassion. The level of professionalism, commitment and unwavering support is second too none. NND have changed our lives and for the better, something I never thought a service provider could do. You’d be hard pressed to find any other organisation that actually cares about their clients and their families. We have been using Nurse Next Door for 2 years now and i don't know what we would do without them, the nurses are amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure my husband has the best treatments possible for his condition and a big shout out to Nicole for always being so supportive of us and always being so helpful.

I’ve been using Nurse Next Door MacArthur for only a short time (3 months) and I could not rate them high enough! They respond quickly to any concerns. The staff/nurses are very pleasant and knowledgeable. When you need them they come running. Highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
