Cannot speak highly enough of the Nurse Next Door team. Nurse next door has provided engaged and pro-active care for our Mum. We are so pleased to have finally found an organisation that is responsive and has great staff that engage well with our Mum, and who actually identify issues rather than us having to chase things up. The whole aim is to ensure Mum can stay at home for as long as possible and Nurse Next Door makes that a lot more possible, and gives us (daughters) more comfort.

I signed up with Nurse Next door Macarthur after learning about them from visiting and expo. From the first phone call it was clear to see that they had my best interest at the forefront. Yijiah and Daphnee have been amazing with linking me with the most amazing carers! They are kind, caring and always looking to do more to support me in the home. I appreciate everything they do. Yijah and Daphnee are always available to answer questions or any queries to I have with regards to my support needs. I highly recommend Nurse Next door Macarthur.

Have had two nurses from NND at home to dress a leg wound for several weeks, Excellent, professional staff. Proved a great help to me for dressings I could not do due to personal frailties. I would recommend them, anytime.

I have found Nurse Next Door (NND) very professional yet friendly to deal with. The support staff whom assist me in my daily tasks are wonderful and I have built some amazing relationships with them. Many of the support staff go above and beyond there tasks making each outing memorable and enjoyable. I am privileged to call many within NND close friends rather than staff or support as they are truly invested in their roles to look after, care and encourage clients. I would insist that anyone looking or needing support go with NND as I have never regretted my decision to do so over a year ago. I am not just a client, a number, or another file. I am apart of this wonderful Pink family

It should be 10 stars not five. The nurses are so kind and helpful to my husband Peter who was looking after me for 4 years. He could not go past this company Nurse Next Door, these nurses that come to the house are are incredible, caring people. You could not choose any better caring company of nurses.

Nurse Next Door have made it so much easier for me coping and coming to terms with an SPC and also providing me with excellent guidance on how to care and maintain my SPC when I am home alone. The Care Designer RN made me recognise that I do need to use a walker especially when I am walking longer distances and places I am not familiar with. They have made me comes to terms with it and have given me incentive and empowered me to start walking again using a walker because I love going for my walks. Thank you Nurse Next Door for being there for me. I wouldn't have been able to achieve my independence like I have without your help P.S And they always make me have a good laugh! They do say laughter is the best medicine

The NND team are amazing. All of the staff (Admin and Nurses) do their very best to care for my Dad. They’re a great team who work together well and never let us down. Only because they are so reliable and caring did I feel able to take some time away, because I knew that my Dad was in expert hands.
