I have never been more happy and more grateful to a company of ladies who are so devoted to their profession as home assistance providers as the staff at Nurse Next Door Gawler Barossa. Cannot speak highly enough of the Nurse Next Door team. Nurse next door has provided engaged and pro-active care for our Mum. We are so pleased to have finally found an organisation that is responsive and has great staff that engage well with our Mum, and who actually identify issues rather than us having to chase things up. The whole aim is to ensure Mum can stay at home for as long as possible and Nurse Next Door makes that a lot more possible, and gives us (daughters) more comfort.

The biggest reason for that rating is that I have finally found a service I can rely on with confidence to help my mum live a quality life at home. My mum lives alone and does not speak English. I want to find her a carer who not only speaks her language fluently, but also is sensitive to her cultural needs, professionally trained, and consistently available. This task has been proven to be very difficult and frustrating with the carer provider companies I used in the past, until I found Nurses Next Door Ryde. Michael from Nurses Next Door is kind hearted, hard working, and passionate about his work. He demonstrates his professionalism and his willingness to understand his clients' need from the first time we made contact. The carers Michael provides for mum have all the qualities I am looking for. When issues arise, Michael is approachable, always there to provide helpful advice and solutions, and quick in action. NND Macarthur’s team is one that shows care and understanding. They’ve been my dad’s consistent support team for over 2 years and ensure that my dad is well looked after - from attending medical apps to going shopping to household chores, they make me feel confident when one of their team members is with dad. They’ve also go above and beyond when introducing new people into the support team, check in for feedback and treat dad more like family than a client.
