Nurse Next Door are professional, reliable and really bend over backwards to help with whatever I need- even at short notice. The nurses and staff are all amazing, always listen and truly care. I am grateful for their assistance and I am very fortunate to have them around when I need them.

Lauren and her lovely team of nurses went above and beyond for my client. He had oral surgery and required a registered nurse to look after him during the night. The nurses were exceptional, thorough, punctual, caring and handled the family dynamic very well. I will definitely recommend and use nurse next door again.

When my Dad first received his aged care package, I was overwhelmed with confusion of which service provider to go with in Hervey Bay. We had a chance meeting with Jared from NND while out having coffee one morning and Dad, Mum and myself knew straight away that it was the right service for Dad. Mum now has an aged care package and is also with NND. Jared is the most delightful human and the team he works with are absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a local provider in Hervey Bay that provides holistic, compassionate and good old fashioned face to face service, I highly recommend Nurse Next Door.

If you need personal care, manual handling or any kind of more hands on or complex physical support, I couldn't recommend this team enough. From reading and keeping up to date with support plans, to training all of their staff to an in-depth level, Nurse Next Door stands out every time.

Nurse Next Door replied to my call straight away and within two weeks everything was set up. Without having to explain much, Claudio understood what we needed and why. Our Nurse Next Door carers are well-matched to Dad’s needs. They provide extra support for Mum by just being around and taking on of certain aspects of his care. The carers are warm hearted, patient and experienced. They have a strong emphasis on dignity and respect. This support has provided great reassurance and assistance to our family during this challenging time.

I can’t speak highly enough of Nurse Next Door. Their admin staff were fantastic and always available and willing to adapt and discuss what ever was needed. Carers and Nursing staff next level. They always kept me informed of any and all changes in my father’s health. Best of all, they alway showed up. No days off. This enabled my father to stay in his home until the end. And that was his greatest wish. Thank you sincerely to Keir, Amanda and Yeshi. You always greeted my Father with a smile, love and attention he deserved. 🙏❤️
