Nurse Next Door Hawkesbury Hills truly came to our rescue when Mum and I needed support. As Mum’s dementia progresses and her cognitive abilities decline, their team of caring, compassionate and supportive caregivers have been incredible. They spend quality time with Mum, whether that’s taking her on outings or simply keeping her company, which has made such a difference in easing the load on me as her full-time carer. They’re also so easy to communicate with, and they manage everything seamlessly, including the budget, which takes a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their ongoing support.

NND Batemans Bay/Canberra provided our adult son with multiple & complex disabilities a superior service whilst we were holidaying in the area of Mollymook NSW! The prompt response after my initial call to NND was refreshing & the information gathered by Amanda at the beginning was spot on to address Ben’s Care Needs & to develop a tailored care plan. The chosen S/worker (RN) Kate was truly wonderful & provided superior care & support to our son Ben. Within a short timeframe, due to her expertise, knowledge & skills, she was able to independently support our son. This NND worker always arrived with a ‘can-do’ respectful caring attitude at all times & treated Ben (& our family) with warmth & the upmost respect.
