Incredibly the team are able to transition hospital level care to very complex situations at home. I do not have photos or videos to post, but I can say without fear of contradiction that Nurse Next Door , Joondalup, is an excellent care agency. I moved to WA from Queensland in around July this year and have found the agency to go above and beyond in helping me with the confusion of moving to WA which has many procedures different to Queensland. Without the help of staff I would have been completely lost in the maze of differences I have encountered, but staff knowing the difficulty of settling into a new state have been wonderful. I would also like to say, that as an elderly person with a terminal illness, their care has been outstanding. I could not have wished for better. There were some small issues in the early stages getting to know a new care agency and settling into a new state, but these were sorted with care and patience, for which I am very grateful. Dealing with Kristy has been efficient, timely and every question I have had has been answered without a hiccup. Care of our Mother is one of the most important and stressful things we have had to do as her children but we feel supported by Nurse next door to treat and care for her as we would, actually they are probably better at it than us. Mum has had Lily, Meg and Eva, coming in to care for her of the morning and she is noticeably happier and more comfortable for the day. I would highly recommend Nurse next door it has made a huge difference for Mum and for us.
