I have rarely had an issue with NND. The carers and nurses are all wonderful kind and caring people. Being bedbound I cannot do most of the normal things anymore but they are always very helpful.

They arrange straight away to attend my need. They stated the schedule for regular care Contacted me and give me cofidence

I changed to nurse next door as previous provider could not supply the same person or consistent time. Many times no one came. I was expecting that this would be the case for other providers . Not so with Nurse next door Tecoma. We now have a nurse driven service ( not all of them are) able to supply consistent carers at the same time each day. An RN came and did the initial assessment of the home and my friends needs. That did not happen previously, it was done over the phone. Not only that their RN’s have driven quality care, making suggestions that transformed our lives. I am an RN myself and l am so impressed with the service. I should have changed ages ago. I am no longer burnt out, feel totally supported and just want to shout out to the whole world, nurse next door is amazing . Thank you guys you saved me and my friend. So much appreciation going your way!!

Sara and her team are truly genuine. They go above and beyond,showing genuine care in everything they do. Staff are always punctual and handel every situation with both positive Professional and compassion. On one occasion I needed the urgent care to go the hospital they organised the carer in no time , who stayed until 3am to ensure I was okay until the doctor arrived. It was first time I had ever someone come while I was in hospital and their kindness deeply touched me. I have been a nurse for 30 years myself so I truly understand the level of dedication care and their support hasbeen nothing but spectacular. I always get help that I need and they are easy to reach and communicate with them. Icant thank enough for the outstanding are they provide,. They are without a doubt the most reliable and exceptional team in the community.

The nursing team at Nurse Next Door are friendly, helpful and professional in caring for me. I have confidence in them and know they will be there for me when I need medical assistance. I am on the government End of Life Pathway Program for people who have less than 3 months left to live. Nurse Next Door has spent time getting to know me and my wife personally to ensure they know our requirements and anticipate what future needs we may have. They have also offered to assist us in many other ways as I am be cared for in my home. This takes a big burden off of our shoulders to know that we are well supported in difficult times.

Great service to work alongside with. Communication and handover on each client is systematic and well organised. Great team!
