My wife and I have been utilizing Nurse Next door for a few months now. The organization have been nothing but perfect for our situation. The Manager , The RN's and the other employee's have been the friendliest people and will go out of their way to help in anyway possible. It is a pleasure to have these people involved in looking after my beautiful wife. They treat us like family and it is reciprocal Thank God for these wonderful Carer's. David Brown

We engaged Nurse Next Door to provide in-home support for my 89 year old much loved father-in-law, Werner. The services were very professionally delivered and we could not speak more highly of Kylie and her team who do a difficult job with empathy and dignity. As our loved ones age, it can be a daunting task to keep them at home for as long as possible and some outside care keeps them at home longer which is what they much prefer. We have just needed to move Werner into Jindalee Nursing Home but there is no doubt Nurse Next Door enabled this to be delayed as long as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending Nurse Next Door to any family in similar circumstances to ours.

I am so grateful to Kristy for her exceptional care and kindness to my darling mother. Kristy showed compassion, understanding and an absolute willingness to assist in ensuring Mum was able to spend her last days in our home and did not have to go into a nursing home - an absolute objective, and one which others made me feel was an unrealistic objective. Kristy never made me believe this was not possible. Kristy's nursing skills, in every sense - in practice, in listening and in caring - were exceptional. I had great trust and faith in Kristy and was also able to learn from observing her. Of greatest importance to me, Kristy treated my proud, loving and amazing mum, with great dignity. I will be forever grateful to Kristy and I'm not quite sure she will ever know how much her coming into our lives at exactly the time we needed her means to me and my family.

My mother is 94 and was lonely, isolated and struggling to remain independent. Through the government funding that allowed us to engage Nurse Next Door, my mother's life has changed completely. Nurse Next Door's care for my mother three times a week has provided her with companionship and someone to help with meals and essential things like changing her bed and washing her laundry. Her mental health is vastly improved and she is now calmer and happier. Her life revolves around "Fiona days" - when she knows she will have company and loving attention. My life has changed too - in the background I am dealing with schedulers, nurses and financial people who respond to my emails very quickly and help me resolve problems, manage our annual budget and liaise with me professionally and quickly regarding Mum's physical and mental needs. Mum is happier therefore I am happier, and endlessly grateful that Nurse Next Door has come into our lives.

This service is just amazing and we are so grateful and happy we found it! We needed some after surgery nursing care, to be provided in our home as we couldn't get out to the hospital, with the care and expertise expected from a hospital service. Our nurse, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful and a ray of light during such a difficult time. She is very friendly, approachable and knew exactly what she was doing. We were very impressed with the whole service, from first contact with the Intake Centre to the ongoing care provided by Michelle. The care and compassion across the entire service was amazing. When we had an issue getting help Nurse Next Door was there for us, thank you!

I find that Nurse Next Door is an excellent trustworthy company to deal with for yourself or loved ones. They are very professional in their services as well as showing much kindness and understanding. I recommend this company 100%.
