When my mother was rendered incapable after some mini-strokes, and before she could be moved into full-time care, we used the services of Nurse Next Door to provide 24 hour nursing at home. We were delighted with both the quality of care they provided, and in their organisation and administration. They claim to provide "peace of mind" and in my experience they did exactly that. I can whole-heartedly recommend them.

I can’t speak highly enough of Nurse Next Door. Their admin staff were fantastic and always available and willing to adapt and discuss what ever was needed. Carers and Nursing staff next level. They always kept me informed of any and all changes in my father’s health. Best of all, they alway showed up. No days off. This enabled my father to stay in his home until the end. They came into our lives at a time of great stress and worked to fit in with the unique needs of our family, rather than us fitting in with them. They quickly became friends we could rely on. They are flexible, easy to contact and respond quickly. The caring and understanding experienced staff are attentive, well briefed and well trained in medical care, dressings and dementia care. They also have a thorough understanding of the workings and requirements of the WA Health system. We could trust that we were in good hands. Agnes and her team of amazing carers went way beyond what I myself could ever provide someone in this situation. The care and patience given to my friend was something I will never forget. I had been amazed of how my life turned around, simply by the caring routine from all the assigned support workers the last 9 months. I am happy and proud to say my life is still transforming for the better and better!!! Having to go through the pitts and was at rock bottom, suffering from various mental and physical disabilities for years ( firstly undiagnosed) I found life hell to simply put. With the professionalism, caring, understanding of all the staff, from the management and each and every support workers had made tremendous progress and contributed positively into my life each and every encounter. Nurse Next door was amazing. They supported mum at a time when she couldn't support herself. Their industry knowledge, compassion and service was outstanding and they had the solutions to many if mum's problems. Thank you for easing the burden.
