I can’t speak highly enough of Nurse Next Door. Their admin staff were fantastic and always available and willing to adapt and discuss what ever was needed. Carers and Nursing staff next level. They always kept me informed of any and all changes in my father’s health. Best of all, they alway showed up. No days off. This enabled my father to stay in his home until the end. And that was his greatest wish. Thank you sincerely to Keir, Amanda and Yeshi. You always greeted my Father with a smile, love and attention he deserved. 🙏❤️

NND came to the rescue when a family member needed care. Keir and the team jumped in and took over the situation by providing carers daily. It provided me peace of mind. I’m thankful to Keir and her team for making life easier for me. Not sure who recommended Nurse Next Door could have been MCCS who was our package provider at the time. We’ve since changed to Trilogy and I self manage Peters Package. I now have respite for 22 hours per month and we have a wonderful male person who looks after my husband while I sew in 2 groups and the last respite on the third Friday of every month I shop or meet someone for a coffee! This service and the male carer have been amazing so caring with Peter nothing is a bother and it means I can relax and unwind away from my job as a carer.The company have been wonderful organising hours days etc . Trilogy have been excellent as well and I’m not doing anymore than I was doing with the previous provider which was costing me 25% more in Admin costs!! A big Thankyou to everyone concerned .🙏🤗👏🦋💐

NND have provided a valuable care option for my mum in her home. With NND as a part of our regular care team, I feel confident there is also back up with experienced carers when we need it.

My family cannot rate the care and attention supplied by Michael and his team highly enough. We were in urgent need of in-home social, domestic & medical services for our 93 yr old mother. Nurse Next Door were able to respond almost immediately to our enquiry and provide exactly the right people for the job - showing great sensitivity for the challenges of dealing with a somewhat reluctant elderly client and soon building trust with her. Michael's flexibility and willing adaptability to meet our mother's frequently changing circumstances (due to her fluctuating health) were remarkable and the dedication of his staff to my mother's health and well being was truly remarkable. We could not recommend the services and client management shown by this team more highly - in every respect Nurse Next Door is an outstanding service provider.

Rev and her team are amazing! I cannot thank them enough for the kindness, consideration and care they show - everyone goes above and beyond and they make a huge difference! They have a very challenging role but everyone from NND approaches their work with a smile and good humour. The biggest reason for that rating is that I have finally found a service I can rely on with confidence to help my mum live a quality life at home. My mum lives alone and does not speak English. I want to find her a carer who not only speaks her language fluently, but also is sensitive to her cultural needs, professionally trained, and consistently available. This task has been proven to be very difficult and frustrating with the carer provider companies I used in the past, until I found Nurses Next Door Ryde. Michael from Nurses Next Door is kind hearted, hard working, and passionate about his work. He demonstrates his professionalism and his willingness to understand his clients' need from the first time we made contact. The carers Michael provides for mum have all the qualities I am looking for. When issues arise, Michael is approachable, always there to provide helpful advice and solutions, and quick in action. Mum for the first time felt secured and happy because of the consistency and quality the care Nurses Next Door provides. I am very impressed by and forever grateful for Michael and Nurses Next Door's service.
