I scheduling is flexible, which makes it incredibly easy to balance being an undergraduate nursing student. The team is wonderful and creates a highly supportive environment, I really enjoy how much practical knowledge and hands-on experience you can gain throughout every shift but also the interactions with your own clients is what sums it up its amazing.

Nurse Next Door responded promptly to our needs. They quickly established relationships with mum and attended to all her needs - in a professional and respectful manner I have no hesitation in recommending Nurse Next Door to anyone seeking Aged Care Services.

The best thing about Nurse Next Door is Danielle. Danielle is an incredible organiser and matches the right staff to clients. Even in the most challenging situations, she manages to find solutions that work. A huge amount of stress has been removed from my life since we engaged Nurse Next Door to organise staff to visit, support and take our mother (who lives in an aged care home) to places she used to do when she lived in her own home. This includes going to cafes, shopping, attending appointments etc … and making her feel special and valuable.

We were delighted with the service Michael arranged, and Momoko carried out, caring for my elderly uncle on a holiday trip by plane away from his nursing home. Momoko was wonderful, and my uncle thinks he has a new girlfirend! She carried out all the "hard" caring roles that I and my family are unable and unqualified to do, as well as becoming a good friend to him, and being able to get through his chronic deafness. He doesn't like showers, but Momo was able to gently persuade him to have one and enjoy it. She also dealt well with a difficult situation when the booked wheelchair taxi did not arrive at the airport to collect them when it shoud. Would highly recommend this service.

Nurse Next Door has made the worst time in our lives more bearable with their wonderful support and care. Nothing is too hard for them and all their employees are kind, professional and very helpful. I can’t fault their service.

“Nurse Next Door” the name says it all, I was amazed by the efficiency and prompt service of their clinical nurse who administered one of my elderly clients' pressure sore within 24 hours of a phone call. She was not only dedicated to her work, but also kind at heart and empathetic. The nurse provided additional care and attention by taking time to purchase medicated bandage upon assessment of the pressure sore. The nurse also patiently directed their family members to wound dress their mother themselves. I would highly recommend any health care service providers to use “Nurse Next Door” for effective treatment and patient satisfaction.
