We had a date and time booked and the nurse arrived on time, performed the nursing task quickly and efficiently. The reminder we received on the weekend prior so we knew we were definitely booked in was excellent. Great company providing an excellent nursing service.

She had gone out of her way to help me and make me feel comfortable as well as help with things that my support coordinator could be doing. She has contacted my GP herself for prescriptions and followed up on other needs.

Nurse Next Door have been friendly, efficient and adaptable. They have been very considerate of a very busy schedule.

I changed to nurse next door as previous provider could not supply the same person or consistent time. Many times no one came. I was expecting that this would be the case for other providers . Not so with Nurse next door Tecoma. We now have a nurse driven service ( not all of them are) able to supply consistent carers at the same time each day. An RN came and did the initial assessment of the home and my friends needs. That did not happen previously, it was done over the phone. Not only that their RN’s have driven quality care, making suggestions that transformed our lives. I am an RN myself and l am so impressed with the service. I should have changed ages ago. I am no longer burnt out, feel totally supported and just want to shout out to the whole world, nurse next door is amazing . Thank you guys you saved me and my friend. So much appreciation going your way!!

The nursing team at Nurse Next Door are friendly, helpful and professional in caring for me. I have confidence in them and know they will be there for me when I need medical assistance. I am on the government End of Life Pathway Program for people who have less than 3 months left to live. Nurse Next Door has spent time getting to know me and my wife personally to ensure they know our requirements and anticipate what future needs we may have. They have also offered to assist us in many other ways as I am be cared for in my home. This takes a big burden off of our shoulders to know that we are well supported in difficult times.

Our experience with Nurse Next Door has been a very positive one. The staff are friendly, caring, and experienced and offer practical help and advice. My parents look forward to their visits.

Chen and Shae have been amazing at sourcing workers for my constant last minute requests. The support workers I have interacted with have all been incredibly friendly and also greet you with a smile and a willingness to give it their all. I have tried other support worker companies and none of them have been able to provide me the flexibility that Nurse Next Door has. I have already recommended Nurse Next Door to my Support Coordinator and other allied health companies I use.

Professional and reliable.

Have had two nurses from NND at home to dress a leg wound for several weeks, Excellent, professional staff. Proved a great help to me for dressings I could not do due to personal frailties. I would recommend them, anytime.

This service is just amazing and we are so grateful and happy we found it! We needed some after surgery nursing care, to be provided in our home as we couldn't get out to the hospital, with the care and expertise expected from a hospital service. Our nurse, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful and a ray of light during such a difficult time. She is very friendly, approachable and knew exactly what she was doing. We were very impressed with the whole service, from first contact with the Intake Centre to the ongoing care provided by Michelle. The care and compassion across the entire service was amazing. When we had an issue getting help Nurse Next Door was there for us, thank you!
