I have found the nurses to be both gentle and patient, and willing to take the time to build a relationship, which is great. This makes the care that they provide that much more valuable, especially when dealing with reluctance to even accept help. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and I would also like to note Michael's attention to detail, care, and flexibility when schedules need to be adjusted, as they so often do. Highly recommended!

Saral and her team at Nurses Next Door are absolutely amazing. I have had other service providers before but nothing of this standard. Saral's and her team are such caring and empathetic people. I always feel very safe yet in control. The attention to my safety and best interest is obviously their priority. They are assisting me keep a positive routine on my NDIS path. Saral even calls me when I have no services or weekends just to check on my welfare. Saral is a perfect representative for Nurses Next Door and I could not praise her higher.

We have recently engaged Nurse Next Door, I really liked the approach Lauren had when meeting my Mum. The focus was on finding out what she has stopped doing and would like to start again, rather than being all about the medical side of things. Both Tim and Lauren spent a lot of time talking to me about Nurse Next Door before we made a time to meet. I really appreciated the information they provided and the obvious care they both had with helping my Mum and also me.

I highly recommend Nurse next Door Werribee. I needed to find an aged care company for my dad last year. They were so helpful in guiding dad and I through the process and what to expect I had no doubts to continue using their services. They're very professional, friendly and have great communication. My dad's carer is amazing and patient with dad I have high confidence leaving my dad in such good hands. Thank you to management Eugene, Sharlini and Melissa for looking after my dad so diligently.
