We've found Nurse Nextdoor to be a reliable service for our family member with a disability. Their communication is great and they are nice people that come out to our home. We are very happy with the service they provide.

It has been our greatest pleasure to work with The Nurse Next Door Home Care Services Macarthur team. We needed to organise some extremely urgent home care and this team made it so easy. From the very first point of contact, the team were friendly, helpful, sympathetic and understanding. They were accommodating and incredibly professional. During our service period, we had interactions with many of the different staff and had a great experience with them all. It is humbling to have had help from truly wonderful team during what was a difficult time for our family. We loved all of the staff that we encountered, We will definitely use this service again if required, and will always recommend to anyone needing home care. We are so grateful for this wonderful service. My Dad recently broke his leg and was unable to weight bare. Nurse Next Door Macarthur helped us out with very short notice. They came every morning for a month and helped my Dad shower, gave medication and sorted out everything around his home for the day. The staff were all wonderful, however, a special mention to Daphne who went out of her way to check in and visit regularly to ensure everything was going well and to my Dads most frequent Carer, Jasmine. At 79 years old and a quiet man, Jasmine made my Dad feel very comfortable and secure. This wonderful service allowed me to keep working during my Dads convalescence but more importantly helped my Dad feel happy each day so he could get on with his recovery. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. I would thoroughly recommend Nurse Next Door Macarthur.

I have been using the services of NND after less than satisfactory service from previous providers and found them to be highly efficient, incredibly compassionate and caring as well as extremely organised and communicative. The business model is well structured and process driven with your needs as the recipient of their services feeling well informed and prioritised every step of the way.. Daphnee was very committed to implementing the care plan for full time nurses as soon as possible for my mother with severe dementia. (who has since passed). Her patience and commitment was astounding and the professionalism of the dedicated nurses was reassuring and greatly appreciated. The Team at Nurse Next Door are an amazing group of people who have the highest standard of professionalism and work really well on both a team and individual level. Our family has very recently engaged the services of Nurse Next Door to assist with providing some respite and personal care for my elderly father who has Parkinson's disease and Dementia. This introduction has enabled some time for my elderly mother to have a break from dad. Mum is very keen to keep at home as long as possible and the Nurse Next Door has services to accommodate this. From our initial contact with Daphnee through to carers providing services, our family is very happy.

Nurse Eli changes mums catheter and supports us with mums spc. She is great, highly recommended her. We are very comfortable as she has a beautiful nature
