How we can help
Is this different from a taxi?
Yes, significantly. Your caregiver assists you from your front door, into the car and to your destination, staying with you if you would like company, helping with mobility, and making sure you are settled safely back home afterwards.
Can you drive my car?
Yes. If you prefer your own vehicle, your caregiver can drive it provided it is comprehensively insured. Alternatively, they can use their own vehicle, which is fully insured for business use, and we can accommodate walkers and foldable wheelchairs.
Will you stay with me during the appointment?
That is entirely up to you. Many clients appreciate having a companion in the waiting room, or even during the consultation, for extra support. If you would rather have privacy, we can wait in the car or return to collect you at a set time.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. This is your time, so if you want to visit the doctor, stop at the chemist and grab a coffee on the way home, we are happy to accommodate your schedule.

We are so grateful for this wonderful service. My Dad recently broke his leg and was unable to weight bare. Nurse Next Door Macarthur helped us out with very short notice. They came every morning for a month and helped my Dad shower, gave medication and sorted out everything around his home for the day. The staff were all wonderful, however, a special mention to Daphne who went out of her way to check in and visit regularly to ensure everything was going well and to my Dads most frequent Carer, Jasmine. At 79 years old and a quiet man, Jasmine made my Dad feel very comfortable and secure. This wonderful service allowed me to keep working during my Dads convalescence but more importantly helped my Dad feel happy each day so he could get on with his recovery.
