I’ve been using Nurse Next Door MacArthur for only a short time (3 months) and I could not rate them high enough! They respond quickly to any concerns. My mother is 94 and was lonely, isolated and struggling to remain independent. Through the government funding that allowed us to engage Nurse Next Door, my mother's life has changed completely. Nurse Next Door's care for my mother three times a week has provided her with companionship and someone to help with meals and essential things like changing her bed and washing her laundry. Her mental health is vastly improved and she is now calmer and happier. Her life revolves around "Fiona days" - when she knows she will have company and loving attention. My life has changed too - in the background I am dealing with schedulers, nurses and financial people who respond to my emails very quickly and help me resolve problems, manage our annual budget and liaise with me professionally and quickly regarding Mum's physical and mental needs. Mum is happier therefore I am happier, and endlessly grateful that Nurse Next Door has come into our lives.

I'd highly recommend Nurse Next Door: -The management are professional, pick good staff and friendly. -Their Support Workers: - are matched well with me, my interests and spiritual beliefs. - are always punctual (if there's a delay in traffic or prior client, I receive a phone call by administration staff to advise). - well dressed (in bright pink uniform tops). - Office Management and owners willingly come and do shifts if someone calls in sick. - Any new support workers are always accompanied by management at first visit, not just arrive and not introduced to them. - Support Workers have ideas that I may not have thought of, about where to get something, or go for a drive somewhere discussed with me to assure I'm happy with suggestion. - I feel safe in all Nurse Next Door cars (which includes that their cars are maintained, clean and never have to stop for petrol. - I’ve never got lost getting to an appointment with their Support Workers (they have google maps on mobile phone or their modern car has the capacity to locate destination. - I look forward to working with Nurse Next Door, not only over the festive season as I don't have family or a holiday to go to but for the years to come.

Sarah and her caregivers were amazing. Sarah was very happy to answer all my questions and made the whole process of getting help at home so easy. My caregiver Gordon, is always on time and has that big smile on his face. The pink uniform looks great and he always goes that little bit extra.
