Saral and Janine are truly incredible nurses who give their whole hearts to what they do. Their compassion, kindness, and dedication go far beyond what I ever expected. Even though I’ve only been with them for a few weeks, the impact they’ve made has been overwhelming. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every need is met, always putting their clients first and treating them with genuine empathy and respect. You can truly feel how much they care. NURSE NEXT DOOR BLACKTOWN Saral came to assist my elderly mother at home, at a very difficult time in my mother’s life. With empathy and friendliness Saral won my mother over almost immediately. My mother confided in Saral her innermost thoughts and feelings Saral then continued to portray all elements of a worthy nurse, such as her critical thinking, her integrity, perseverance, clinical reasoning and her attention to detail. The blacktown team is amzing, love my girls Rebbeca, Emma,Maria, susan and ola. Saral and her team make sure that we are looked after well.she always communicates if there is any changes chexks on us as much ad possible.They are a great team ,we are so thankfull for their support .

Sara and her team are truly genuine. They go above and beyond,showing genuine care in everything they do. Staff are always punctual and handel every situation with both positive Professional and compassion. On one occasion I needed the urgent care to go the hospital they organised the carer in no time , who stayed until 3am to ensure I was okay until the doctor arrived. It was first time I had ever someone come while I was in hospital and their kindness deeply touched me. I have been a nurse for 30 years myself so I truly understand the level of dedication care and their support hasbeen nothing but spectacular. I always get help that I need and they are easy to reach and communicate with them. Icant thank enough for the outstanding are they provide,. They are without a doubt the most reliable and exceptional team in the community.

Saral and her team at Nurses Next Door are absolutely amazing. I have had other service providers before but nothing of this standard. Saral's and her team are such caring and empathetic people. I always feel very safe yet in control. The attention to my safety and best interest is obviously their priority. They are assisting me keep a positive routine on my NDIS path.
