I always feel very safe yet in control. The attention to my safety and best interest is obviously their priority. They are assisting me keep a positive routine on my NDIS path. Staff are always punctual and handel every situation with both positive Professional and compassion. On one occasion I needed the urgent care to go the hospital they organised the carer in no time , who stayed until 3am to ensure I was okay until the doctor arrived. It was first time I had ever someone come while I was in hospital and their kindness deeply touched me.
