Is this different from a taxi?
Yes, significantly. Our caregivers assist you out of your front door, into the car and into your destination. We can stay with you during the appointment, assist with mobility and ensure you are settled safely back inside your home afterwards.
Can you drive my car?
Yes. If you prefer the comfort of your own vehicle, our caregivers can drive your car provided it is comprehensively insured. Alternatively, they can use their own vehicle which is fully insured for business use.
Will you stay with me during the appointment?
That is entirely up to you. Many clients appreciate having a companion in the waiting room or even during the consultation to provide support. However, if you prefer privacy, we can wait in the car or return to pick you up at a set time.
Can we make multiple stops?
Absolutely. This is your time. If you want to go to the doctor, then stop at the chemist and then grab a coffee on the way home, we are happy to accommodate your schedule.
