How we can help
Who provides the care, Nurses or Support Workers?
It depends on your clinical needs. Registered Nurses (RNs) perform specific procedures like catheter changes or complex wound care. For high intensity tasks like PEG feeding or bowel care, we use highly trained Caregivers. These staff are signed off by a Clinical Nurse Specialist and receive ongoing supervision to ensure safety.
How do you ensure clinical safety?
We work under a clear Clinical Governance Framework. Every complex care client has a designated Clinical Lead who builds your care plan, trains staff to your specific needs, and carries out regular reviews so all health protocols are followed.
Can I use my NDIS funding for this?
Yes. We are experienced in supporting participants with High Intensity Daily Personal Activities funding. We work with your Support Coordinator to build a roster that maximizes your budget while meeting your clinical requirements.
What specific conditions can you support?
Our team supports a wide range of complex needs, including Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI), Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), Motor Neurone Disease (MND), and Cerebral Palsy. If you have a specific diagnosis, please contact us to discuss your care plan.
What happens if my regular carer is sick?
Consistency matters for safety. We build a care team around you rather than relying on one person, so multiple staff are trained on your specific equipment and routines. If your primary carer is unavailable, another team member who knows you well can step in.
Can you provide 24/7 coverage?
Yes, we specialise in 24/7 complex care. We build rosters to cover day, evening and overnight shifts, including active and inactive overnight support, so you are never without the clinical support you need.

I have a brother that was discharged from hospital in January 2026. My brother being on the NDIS. Nurse next door have been so professional with their Supports. Nothing was a problem, always giving me updates and because of the quick and prompt responses it was easy to iron out issues that popped up. I have felt very comfortable knowing he is supported. My brother has liked and felt very comfortable with all the staff. This is big as he is a gentleman that prior to hospital lived by himself for many years and is very routine focussed. To have Support staff sleeping over night in is home was huge. I feel very grateful for their services, the overnights are not need now but still having support during the day.
