The support workers have shown incredible kindness, patience, and compassion while caring for my loved one with dementia. They treat them with dignity and respect and always go above and beyond to make them feel safe and comfortable. The workers are reliable, professional, and genuinely caring. They understand the challenges of dementia and provide calm, respectful, and attentive care every day. Communication with our family has also been excellent. We are very grateful for their support. We highly recommend this support team for dementia care. Their support has made a huge difference to our family. Lorraine and Alan

Engaging the services of nurses via the Nurse next Door for a loved one with health concerns has been one of the best decisions we've made about care. Our loved one feels cared for and respected, looks forward to visits and the interactions have built confidence for all of us. Having trained professionals reviewing BP, skin checks and other checks regularly and recommending changes, if required for better health management has reduced our anxiety around health and well-being. The staff are wonderful.
Zoe, from Nurse Next Door is great! She personally responds promptly to enquiries in a highly professional manner. We have been extremely lucky to have Jess and Zoe as our care providers. I am very fussy when it comes to carers for my sons but I could not ask for a better fit than Jess. Jess has been a god send to me, as a single parent to two boys with ASD, I find it hard to do many social activities with the boys as their day to day care needs are quite high. Jess takes them fishing, shopping and for a bite to eat. Jess is vital in ensuring the boys learn about how to participate in their community and teaches them vital skills such as using money, asking for things and appropriate behaviour in public. Jess looks like any other person getting around with the boys and blends in perfectly as my sons do not want others to see them with a 'carer' wearing a uniform and advertising this role and their autism. This is essential in helping the boys feel accepted in the world. Jess is rapidly becoming part of our family and the boys love him. He's cool, professional and relates well to my boys and I. I feel very safe knowing the boys are with him. I cannot recommend him enough. Zoe is critical in coordinating the boys care needs with Jess and is always polite, astute and reliable. She is indispensable to me and my boys. Cannot recommend these lovely people enough. Thank you Jess and Zoe from a very grateful Mum.
Amazing! Zoe, Tamara and team go above and beyond! We are blessed to have such ethical, caring professionals in our region 🙏 couldn't say enough great things. Thank you for all that you do guys, we are lucky to have you.
