We needed some after surgery nursing care, to be provided in our home as we couldn't get out to the hospital, with the care and expertise expected from a hospital service. I changed to nurse next door as previous provider could not supply the same person or consistent time. Many times no one came. I was expecting that this would be the case for other providers . Not so with Nurse next door Tecoma. We now have a nurse driven service ( not all of them are) able to supply consistent carers at the same time each day. An RN came and did the initial assessment of the home and my friends needs. That did not happen previously, it was done over the phone. Not only that their RN’s have driven quality care, making suggestions that transformed our lives. I am an RN myself and l am so impressed with the service. I should have changed ages ago. I am no longer burnt out, feel totally supported and just want to shout out to the whole world, nurse next door is amazing . Thank you guys you saved me and my friend. So much appreciation going your way!!
