I had great difficulties trying to organize nursing care for my brother who came to stay with me in Canberra for 4 months. Rang numerous providers but they had no nursing capacity to help us out. After contacting many providers NND Canberra were the only one that were willing to provide the service and were still using the NDIS for nursing support. I was requiring a nurse to perform, support and trouble shoot a procedure for my son who has a disability in his home. The service was set up with ease. I have also found the communication between the agency and my son, and I has been excellent. My son is very happy with the support he is getting with the nurses (who have all been the same people) and we always receive the roster in advance. The nurses are trained well in the procedure and have always been respectful to my son. Very happy with NND Canberra.
