Can I use my government funding (Support at Home or NDIS)?

While 24/7 care often requires a private contribution due to the high number of hours, we can fully utilise your Support at Home funding or NDIS budget to cover a significant portion of the costs. If you're still waiting on approval, or would simply like to start sooner, you're welcome to begin privately and switch across once your funding is in place. Your Care Designer will help you structure the budget to make the most of your available government funds and keep your out of pocket expense to a minimum.
How quickly can we start?
We can often organise a 24/7 care team within 24-48 hours. Because this service can be accessed privately, there are no government assessments or waiting lists to navigate before we begin.
What if a caregiver calls in sick?
One of the biggest benefits of choosing a managed provider like ours is reliability. We have a large team of staff and support available around the clock, so if a regular caregiver is unwell, we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and make sure you're never left without care.
Can we book this for short-term respite?
Absolutely. We provide 24/7 care for short periods, such as post-operative recovery or while family caregivers go on holiday. You do not need to sign a long-term contract.
