The different NND Carers he has had in these 3 years have generally been excellent for him — On time, disciplined, hard-working, interested, sensitive, supportive, and friendly. NND managers and administrative staff have also been very efficient, effective and most helpful, supportive and respectful in their interactions with us, particularly in their planning, organising, and clear and frequent communication.
