Nurse next door have been visiting Matt for some time now. They are always on time and always communicate when there will be a change in rostered staff for any shift. They staff are also very caring and very good at building a relationship with Matt, entering his world and making him comfortable. I would highly recommend their support, especially for those with more complex care needs.

Nurse Next Door are professional, reliable and really bend over backwards to help with whatever I need- even at short notice. The nurses and staff are all amazing, always listen and truly care. I am grateful for their assistance and I am very fortunate to have them around when I need them.

Not sure who recommended Nurse Next Door could have been MCCS who was our package provider at the time. We’ve since changed to Trilogy and I self manage Peters Package. I now have respite for 22 hours per month and we have a wonderful male person who looks after my husband while I sew in 2 groups and the last respite on the third Friday of every month I shop or meet someone for a coffee! This service and the male carer have been amazing so caring with Peter nothing is a bother and it means I can relax and unwind away from my job as a carer.The company have been wonderful organising hours days etc . Trilogy have been excellent as well and I’m not doing anymore than I was doing with the previous provider which was costing me 25% more in Admin costs!! A big Thankyou to everyone concerned .🙏🤗👏🦋💐
